What are the RAK Interiors Review?

I consulted RAK Interiors for interior design services and agreed with the initial quotation during phone and WhatsApp conversations. I paid a booking amount of Rs. 40,000, trusting it would expedite the work. Despite sharing my floor plan, they provided no designs or updates. Two weeks later, they visited for measurements, and only then did I discover the quotation had nearly doubled. I was never informed that the price would increase significantly after measurements. Unable to proceed with the inflated budget, I requested a refund, which they refused, citing undisclosed company rules. Beware of RAK Interiors—they lack transparency and do not value customer’s money and time.

Hi, I had more or less satisfactory experience working with RAK Interiors to complete the interiors of our apartment. Here are a few points to highlight in this RAK interiors review:

• Excellent sales support by Mr. Vishnu from the sales team. He is a reliable individual.

• The quality of the product is great. I recommend visiting the showroom in person to select colours.

• Expect slight delays as production is based out of Kochi. So, include that in your planning.

I booked an interior design service from RAK Interiors. They promised to complete the full interior design of my home and asked for an advance payment of Rs. 40,000, which they assured would be deducted from the minimum order amount of Rs. 300,000 in the final quotation.

After making the payment, the salesperson who handled my query left the company. When I contacted the management, they denied the promises made by the salesperson and asked for additional payment. The management is refusing to take responsibility for the issue.

I have requested the management to resolve the problem, but no one is attempting to assist or address the situation. I have all the records of my payment. I am writing this RAK Interiors review to highlight the problem that I faced, and want everyone to be very careful while making payments.
