However, speaking about Hadapsar, there were a lot of societies and safe localities (as it is near to the Southern Command (defence headquarters) or Pune cantonment) with affordable properties. But the scenario changed after the boom in the IT industry in Hadapsar. Mainly because of many IT companies that are located in Magarpatta and Hinjewadi. Now coming to the current rates of flats in Hadapsar area which include Magarpatta, Amanora Town and SP infocity, there is a lot of difference depending on the location. I am mentioning the average price range depending on the same:
Near MagarpattaAs mentioned before, there are many IT companies in Magarpatta and hence, the flat rates in this area are comparatively high. Depending on the location in Magarpatta, 2 BHK flats can cost you anywhere near 60 Lakhs to 80 Lakhs.
Towards WanowrieMoving towards the Wanowrie side, the rates are quite variable over here. The rate of the flat increases as you move towards the cantonment area. So, ideally, a 2 BHK flat can cost you anywhere between 50 lakhs to 80 lakhs.
Amanora TownAlthough Amanora Town is a small part of Hadapsar, it is quite famous. It is a well-planned town with several projects. The main attraction of Amanora Town is the planned township and the facilities provided over there. Here, 2 or 3 BHK flat rate is a minimum of 1 crore rupees.
Main HadapsarIf you want to buy a low budget flat in Pune Hadapsar, you can choose to buy a flat in the main Hadapsar area. This area is relatively less expensive. You can get a 2 BHK flat for around 45 lakhs to 65 lakhs in main Hadapsar area.
Now if you want to buy a 2 BHK flat in Hadapsar Pune below 30 lakhs, that can be also possible. However, you will have to move a little away from the main area. You can find a 2 BHK flat near Fursungi or Loni Kalbhor area with a starting rate of 25 Lakhs.
