In this Raymond Tenx Habitat review, I would like to share that this project is strategically located at a location that is easily accessible. I board my bus from the Khopat S.T. Terminus bus stand, which is just 1.7 km from the project. It is within 87 metres of the Vihang Garden. Here are some other places located near this project:

Raymond Ten X is an ongoing project being constructed in Thane West, Mumbai, near Sulochanadevi Singhania School, Gokhale Road. I visited this project with my sister, and we both quite liked it. The best part is the Raymond Ten X Habitat Price. The project starts at Rs. 1.15 crore. It may seem a bit high, but trust me, you won’t get such an elegant project very easily. Some of the major aspects I liked about this project are:

• Parking garages have many levels equipped with passenger lifts

• This project will provide specifically designed boutique homes

• Easy access from Thane's Pokhran Road Nos. 1 and 2 can be achieved from here

The Raymond Ten X Habitat construction status is currently in mid-stage construction. My sister is planning to visit the project again in November and finalise the deal. I will suggest that you do the same. This is all I can say about this project in this Raymond Tenx Habitat review.

• The construction quality of this project is substandard

• The water available here is not properly filtered

• Cleaning and hygienic issues can be witnessed here, mainly due to the presence of the Nala near this project

• There is no gas supply available as well

• Poor maintenance instead of taking high charges or fees for it
