Simple Mortgage

1 per cent on the loan amount with the upper limit of Rs. 10,000.

Mortgage with Possession

1 per cent on the loan amount with the upper limit of Rs. 20,000.

Sale Agreement

1 per cent on the advance money paid (1 percent on the total amount if the possession is given)

Agreement regarding building construction

1 percent of the construction value or the consideration stated in the agreement, whichever is greater.

Cancellation

General Power of Attorney for the sale of an immovable property (A family member receives the POA)
