Advantages:
I believe Amolik City is an excellent community to live in. I have seen that they offer three and two-bedroom apartments at Rs. 45 Lakhs and Rs.65 Lakhs. This society's entry is along a two-lane road in Sector 86 of Faridabad, next to SRS Chowk. It is the ideal society strategically since it is close to all essential facilities. It includes schools, the planned shopping centre Omaxe World Street, and the 2000-bed super speciality hospital of the Amritanand trust. I have also heard that Faridabad's bypass route will soon have six lanes. So I think it is a pretty good place to live in terms of future developments.

I surveyed this property and I think the parking lot on the ground floor is poorly planned. You will need to contact the owner of another vehicle and ask them to move it before you take out yours. This might be a big inconvenience every day. The brochure claims 5 months of maintenance-free operation and I think this could be a trick. I have also seen that there is no specific mention of electricity or water fees. I believe the buyers must have clear information.
