Their service is bad, customer care is terrible, and their managers are unprofessional. The contractors seemed disorganized, leading to delays and miscommunication. Quality control was inconsistent, with some finishes lacking the finesse expected from a premium service. I’ve repeatedly contacted their customer service, which is always unhelpful, with no response to urgent tickets or follow-ups. Asian Paints will take your money and leave you frustrated. Avoid them and choose a different company.
