There were several problems, ranging from tile damage in the utility area to delays in electrical installation. They delivered furniture that was damaged and gave no updates on replacements. For instance, there was no communication for more than a month throughout the installation of the modular kitchen cabinets, which was scheduled to happen in two weeks. Although the concepts were excellent, the customer service and execution were not up to par.
