When I heard about the Rishabraj Blue Lotus location, I was very happy as it was conveniently close to my Calivn Shamsi Office. IT professionals will benefit greatly from this project. This project is situated between 1.4 and 1.6 km from Creative Infotech Pvt Ltd, Calivn Shamsi Office, and Webcompetency, Inc. You can reach it by driving in 7 to 9 minutes.

You can easily get Ville Parle, Victoria Terminus, and Santacruz from this area. It is easy to go to other parts of the city because the Bandra Bus Station and the Bandra West BEST Bus Depot are both just 3.1 km away by car. 

Apart from this, I found that it has RERA approval and Rishabraj Blue Lotus RERA number is P51800033826.

I finally booked a 2 BHK flat here and Rishabraj Blue Lotus 2BHK price for 749 sq ft is Rs 4.5 Crores. I really loved this property and will rate it 5.

After going through the details of this project my family and I discussed it and we all agreed that while the location and other features are fantastic, the Rishabraj Blue Lotus 3BHK price is a concern for us, especially when taking the carpet area into account.

Let me share my Rishabraj Blue Lotus review here. First-rate amenities, such as fitness centers and recreation places, are included in this project. The fact that this society cares about its citizens the most is the nicest thing I could find. There is a senior citizen seating area where people can get to know one another. The large garden area and children's play area in this project are there to please families as they offer a fun and secure space for kids to play.

The only issue is that Rishabraj Blue Lotus possession date is set for 2025 but I am not sure if it will get completed or not. A lot is still under construction.
