Ruparel Palacio was launched 5 years back 2017 and was supposed to get completed this year but it seems it's not going to happen. My cousin wants to buy an apartment here but is waiting for its completion. They are providing 2 and a half and 3 BHK apartments starting from Rs 1.97 crore onwards. But I would also like to inform you that it is a RERA approved project and its ID is

P51800013681. 

The carpet area for 2 BHK is 799 sq ft and for 3 BHK it is 935 sq ft. We are planning to visit the project next weekend so if possible shall share another

My sister has booked an apartment here so I can provide detailed information about the

Ruparel Palacio project. I am very conscious about space since I feel suffocated in small rooms so let me highlight an idea about the areas of the rooms in her apartment.

• Her living room is about 19.25ft *10ft sq ft large

• Kitchen is 10 ft *7.58 sqft

• Dining is 9 ft* 7.73 ft

• Master bedroom is quite spacious about 13 ft * 10.5 ft

• Internal passage is 6 ft * 4 ft

• Bedroom is 12 ft * 10 ft

• Master bedroom is 8ft * 6 ft

Am sorry I forgot to note down the area of another bathroom, powder room and passage space. Still, I hope this Ruparel Palacio
