P51800012513. My sister-in-law is all set to book a 2 BHK apartment here and told me that the city view from these apartments is just amazing. She rated the project 4.8/ 5 in her

Ruparel Sky Green review, so I am sure it is a great project.

My daughter got admission into

Vaishnavi Classes which is located very near the

Ruparel Sky Green so I had the opportunity to check out this project last month when I went to drop her for her class. This project is within 1 km of this institution. The

Pinnacle High International School is also very near to it. It will be within 1.7 km only. Other schools located near this project are-

• Kandivli Education Society's BK Shroff College Of Arts and MH Shroff College Of Commerce (Autonomous)- 2.2 km

• Oracular Insights Academy- 1 km

• Spear Education- 1.6 km

• Grace Maternity & Nursing Home- within 1 km

• Arya Women's Health Care Centre within 0.6 km

• P. Thackeray Nagar Market- 1.7 km

• Malwani Gate No 1 Bus Stop-2.4 km

• Kandivali train station is also within 3 km

• Ramji store is also within 1 km and more

The C-wing of Ruparel Sky Green is in slums, so I shall never give this project a high rating. My colleague availed of a loan for this project, but his EMIs were not being paid. His credit score fell drastically, so he ultimately cancelled his booking here. Some other problems you will witness here are-

• Loud sounds from Masjids and metros located near it and

• Narrow roads resulting in traffic and unnecessary crowds

• The apartments here are way too costlier 

This project did not appeal to me in general, and I have nothing positive to say about it in this Ruparel Sky Green review. Just think twice before investing your hard-earned money here.
