The entire team was incredibly helpful and caring, ensuring that all our belongings were handled with the utmost care. Their professionalism and dedication made the moving process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend their top-notch service to anyone in need of reliable packers and movers. My experience with Santa Fe Packers and Movers was not at all a good one. They were rude and unprofessional. Most of my household items were broken during the move, and some were even missing. Bittu made many promises but didn’t deliver. They shipped my items through Gati instead of their own truck. My fridge, washing machine, TV, and bed were all damaged. They started avoiding my calls and after much hassle, I was able to get my goods, which were also in a miserable state. Pathetic service. Don’t opt for Santa Fe Packers Movers. 

I want to share my experience with the Santa Fe Packers and Movers. I booked their service two years ago but did not like their unprofessional service. Here are the problems I faced:

• They used poor-quality packaging materials like boxes, tapes, and no bubble wrap for fragile items

• The van was too small, so they had to make two trips. I have never seen such a poor service provider

• When we unpacked at our new home, I was shocked to find many items damaged, with scratches on the refrigerator and washing machine.

I will never go with them and I suggest you opt for some other packers and movers service.
