Curious about the latest rates, I reached out to a relative who recently looked into plot prices in this area. He said the Saraswati Kunj Gurgaon plot price varies based on the plot size, location, and proximity to main sectors like Sector 53. He said currently, the price range here on average is between Rs.4 crore to Rs.7 crore.
