As far as I know, the SBI zero balance account transaction limit per day is not there. It is stated that a maximum of four cash withdrawals can be done free of charge in a month. It included ATM withdrawals at SBI own and other bank’s ATMs as well. I am not aware of SBI zero balance account UPI transaction limit per day. Through UPI, usually, no limit is set. You can transfer any amount of money through it.

What are the features of a zero balance account in SBI?

Here are some features of a zero balance account in SBI:

  • There is no need to keep a minimum balance in zero balance account

  • Deposits and withdrawal services are free of cost

  • For non-operation or activation of inoperative accounts, the bank cannot levy charges

  • On deposits up to or more than Rs 1 lakh, the bank offers a 2.70% interest rate per annum

This is all I know on the SBI zero account UPI transaction limit and some major features of this account.

I learned about the zero balance account in SBI quite recently. There was a notice about it mentioning the SBI zero balance account transaction limit. All transactions and deposits in the account can be done free of charge, but charges will be levied under certain conditions. You have to make sure that your balance does not exceed Rs 50,000 or that the total credit in the account remains within Rs 1,00,000 or below it in a year. If you exceed this limit, no further transactions will be permitted.

What is the SBI zero balance account UPI transaction limit?

You are allowed to make a maximum of four cash withdrawals free of charge monthly from your SBI zero balance account. This number includes both cash and UPI withdrawals or transactions. If you exceed this limit, your zero balance account will be converted to a regular savings account. So do remember this SBI zero account transaction limit and do transactions mindfully.
