What is the SD Siennaa Review Kandivali East Mumbai?

My uncle is planning to reserve a two-bedroom flat which is roughly 720 square feet big. I found that the SD Siennaa location is close to the Riddhi Siddhi Hospital after visiting the site. Actually, this project is a good one. I find it very admirable that this project is working to preserve and nurture the ecosystem. Additionally, the facility incorporates the idea of recycling with a system for collecting rainfall and processing wastewater. December 2025 is the SD Siennaa possession date. But I will learn whether there are any issues after living there with my uncle. You should think about making an investment here, in my opinion.

Sarova Sales Office, Udyandarshan Chs, Samata Nagar, Thakur Village, Kandivali East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400101 is the SD Siennaa address. Regarding this project, I am on the fence. Given that this is a well-known builder, I got attracted, but I am concerned that my interaction with the salespeople will be bad. People frequently complain about the channel partners and the SD Siennaa Construction Status, according to online reviews I read. They claim that the staff is unresponsive and withholds information from you. The SD Siennaa price is also very high.

Additionally, the SD Siennaa completion date is December 2025, but it won't be finished by then. I am not going to waste my energy on this project until someone here can validate this information.

My brother lives close to this project, so let me share the floor plan he shared with me in his SD Siennaa review. 

This project is located in Samata Nagar, Thakur Village, Kandivali East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400101. He was not sure about the cost but mentioned that the starting price is about Rs 1.44 crores. The cost might seem a bit high, but the project is all that one can crave for. 

SD Siennaa is truly a luxurious project and I am really interested to invest in it. I went to check it out last month and learnt about several aspects of this project like

• It is stretched across 3.71 acres of land

• There are a total number of 6 buildings having 2 and 3 BHKs

• It is one of the integrated township projects in Mumbai

The project is RERA approved as well, and its

MahaRERA Registration No. P51800019624, P51800019658, P51800019659, P51800019643, P51800019677, P51800019693, P51800000879, and P51800004355. The project is expected to be completed by next year, so to know more about this project, you will have to wait a bit longer. I shall share another

SD Siennaa review during my next visit there. 

I visited this project in December 2022 and noticed some negative things about it like

• Their sales team is not ready to clarify doubts and the possession date might get postponed as per the construction status. A lot is yet to be worked upon

• Too costly

• Water supply might not be there 24*7. There will be a specific time for it

I will suggest not investing in this project until the next year. Keep a check on its status and also make sure they provide all the amenities they promised. This is all I can say in this SD Siennaa review.
