I was looking for a property in Charholi Budruk, Pune, and came across Shaama Estate. I found out that the Shaama Estate completion date was 2020 and only a few apartments are left there. Since I am more interested in having a 2 BHK, I checked out the Pride Wellington in the same location and liked it more. This project has

  • 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments within a price range of Rs 72.23 lakh and Rs 1.04 crore

  • The project is huge and has 12 buildings with a total number of 1600 apartments

  • The project is planned to be completed by December 2027

Shaama Estate is more affordable than

Pride Wellington

but the problem is that the former has only 1 BHK. if you are looking for affordable 1 BHK apartments, go for Shaama Estate, but if you want more configurations, opt for Pride Wellington.

Let me share my Shaama Estate Charholi Budruk review. I looked at 1 BHK flat here in 2021 and loved it. This project is close to Alandi Road and enjoys great connectivity with the entire city. On my visit there I asked about the construction progress and material used. I wanted to ensure that if I go ahead with my investment, it doesn’t turn out to be a bad deal. I learned that:

  • Oil bound distemper paint is used to paint the walls of the apartments and it is of very good quality. 

  • Good quality vitrified tiles have been used for the flooring of the apartments here

Although it’s just 1 BHK, but it’s spacious and affordable. The Shaama Estate price for the 1 BHKs were within Rs 40-Rs 45 lakhs when I visited but now the price might have increased due to the high demand.

I really love the spacious central green park. Our morning and evening walks are sorted. I am ready to invest here. You too can consider this one if it fits your budget and highly recommend investing here.
