What is the Shree Ram Krishna Garden Review Mira Road, Mumbai?

We are looking for a 1BHK so we inquired about the Shree Ram Krishna Garden 1BHK price and learned that it will start from Rs 69 lakhs onwards. Now, the price might seem affordable but the size of the apartments is not. The RERA carpet area for 1 BHK here will be 400 sq ft, which I believe is quite less. It should have been more than 456 sq ft.

The same goes for the Shree Ram Krishna Garden 2BHK price and area. The size will be between 570 and 600 sq ft and the cost will start from Rs 1.14 crore onwards. I would rather invest in

I would like to highlight some of the pros and cons of this project in this Shree Ram Krishna Garden review.

Pros:

• There are more than 40 amenities available here

• It is located at a great location connected with several roads and highways; hence, transportation-related problems will never occur here for sure

• Enchanting sky garden seating is available, which is rarely found in other projects

Cons

• Shree Ram Krishna Garden RERA number is yet to be allotted, which somehow indicates it has some legal issues associated with its construction

• The price of the apartments is quite costly compared to other projects in its vicinity

• Its construction pace is very slow which will affect the Shree Ram Krishna Garden possession date for sure 

I would hence personally suggest you wait a couple of years more before investing here.

I did visit this project but since it is in its initial stage, I could not check out an apartment myself. However, I liked the Shree Ram Krishna Garden address. You can reach any destination easily from here. It is located near INOX Thakur Mall, Dahisar Check Naka, and Mira Road. Bus stands, malls, markets, and other essential destinations like in close proximity. Here is a list of them:

• Dahisar station- 2.7 km

• Borivali Nancy bus stand- 3.3 km

• Swasth Dawakhana - Vaishali Nagar Hospital - within 2 km

• Movie Time theatre - within 3 km

• Toddledom St. Paul's High School - within 4 km 

You can give it a check and plan whether investing here will be worth it or not. If you ask me, I would say it is a pretty good project, but you should wait at least until next year before making a final decision.
