I got interested in this project mainly because of the SNN Felicity location. It is near my son’s school, Sri Vivekananda Public School, Rachenahalli, Thanisandra. At least I won’t have to travel a long distance to pick him up daily. My husband visited this project and found it to be a great one. He mentioned in his SNN Felicity review some major aspects of this project, like:
The project is spread across 6.5 acres of land.
As for the SNN Felicity unit configuration, he mentioned that this project will have 1.5 BHK, 2 BHK, 2.5 BHK, 3 BHK, 3.5 BHK, 4 BHK and 5 BHK.
There will be a total 9 majestic towers with 580 exquisite apartments
The project will have 80% open space allowing enough ventilation into the apartments. Since the SNN Felicity possession date is set for December 2028, I am planning to visit it myself by this year’s end or early next year and book a 2.5 BHK. I will recommend you invest here but of course, do your due diligence before taking a final decision.
