The area is very polluted and there are textile companies almost on every side of the project. The worst part is the high maintenance cost. Why live in a place where you need to give high maintenance charges yet bear both noise and air pollution? It is also in a remote area so you will need to travel a lot to go anywhere. People living in our next door shifted to another place as they had severe leakage problems in their bathroom and honestly we too are looking for some new projects. As for the SNN Raj Greenbay Review, my rating is going to be 2.2/ 5.
