And, the Splendour Apartments price for our 3 BHK of 1626 sq ft was Rs 70 Lakhs. We found an ample amount of space in the society, and top-notch amenities from community hall, clubhouse to jogging tracks and children’s play area. The security and maintenance staff are very friendly and quite punctual. I am listing out some of the amazing amenities of this property.

We bought a 2 BHK flat on this property, and based on our experience, I can say it’s in a hustling neighbourhood. Splendour Apartments address is in the Gajularamaram. We wanted a property with a good school nearby for our son. And this was just the place for us. The society is near Delhi World School which is 2.2 Km away. Tatva Global School is 1.8 Km away while Montridge School is 1.9 Km of distance. The Splendour Apartments 2 BHK price for our 966 sqft flat was Rs. 47 lakhs. Not only this, it is close to malls and entertaining spaces and also provides easy access to grocery shops. My husband loves the golf course here. These factors were enough to convince us.

My brother has been living here in a 3 BHK since Splendour Apartments possession date, which was November 2019. At the time of purchase, we all visited the property and what caught our attention was the details of the apartment. Modi properties is famous for its well planned societies in Hyderabad. It is a wonderful project which promotes energy conservation of environment friendly features like the preservation of rainwater harvesting, etc. The Splendour Apartments price for their 1700 sqft 3 BHK was Rs. 90 lakhs.
It offers spacious and luxurious homes for a comfortable living. The property is also RERA approved and the Splendour Apartments RERA number is P51800000872.
