A few days back, I visited the Springfield Apartment location with my parents. The location of this project is Ambalipura, Varthur Hobli Near Bellandur Gate, Sarjapur Main Rd, Bengaluru, Karnataka. My parents loved the project because it had a park, a library, and jogging track. We were said that the Springfield Apartment unit configuration includes 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments. As we liked this project, I decided to book a 4 BHK unit.

I love reading and finding out that they have a library felt like a blessing to me. The buildings at Springfield Apartment are tall and provide nice views from the higher floors. I asked about the Springfield Apartment prices which an executive told me were starting from Rs. 94 Lakhs. I also asked about their amenities which the executive told me were rain water-harvesting, swimming pool, gym, children's play area, tennis court, etc. Since I was already biased towards this project, I decided to book a 3 BHK unit.
