What is the Srishti Oasis Review Bhandup West Mumbai?

The Srishti Oasis possession date is uncertain, and that is why I am planning to wait a few more months. I liked the project, and to be honest, I have high expectations from it. This project is being built by the Srishti Group, a renowned builder famous for providing quality homes. They have delivered 24 projects as of now successfully and attracted about 21k happy clients. I believe the builder is the most important thing one should consider before purchasing an apartment. After all, we invest once, so that should be the best. The Srishti Oasis location, price, amenities, etc. are all great, so you can think of investing here. 

I am interested in this project mainly because of the Srishti Oasis price. The 1 and 2 BHKs here start from Rs 97.5 lakhs onwards. It might seem a bit high, but their planning, location, quality of construction, and all of that are absolutely great. The apartments are lavish and spacious and have over 45 features. I visited this project personally and loved some aspects, like:

• The project is spread across 3 acres of land amid a bustling lifestyle

• The 1, 2 and 3 BHK houses will be accompanied by premia sun-deck homes

• Security cameras are installed here so safety is always guaranteed

• Jacuzzi, Cradle Seating, Observation Deck, Pergola, Yoga Deck, Wet Lounge Deck, Seating Alcove and other extraordinary amenities can be enjoyed here

The Srishti Oasis construction status is still under construction, but it is expected to be completed by the end of this year. I hope it won't delay it further. The Srishti Oasis completion date was set for the previous year, but it got delayed for some reasons, so if you are interested in investing here, make sure to ask when it will get completed. 

Srishti Group are well-known real estate developers and their elegant, lavish, well-planned and designed apartments are truly worth investing in. I think that the best part about

Srishti Oasis is its location. 

• The proposed Sonapur Metro station will be just 1 km from there

• The

  Bhandup Railway Station is about 3.4km from it

• Mulund Railway Station is 3.2 km away

• The domestic Airport is within 21 km and the International one is within 18 km.

Srishti Oasis has offered 1 and 2 BHK apartments that are quite spacious. A friend of mine wants to book a 1 BHK there as she finds the project elegant and well-designed. She also noted the types and sizes of the apartments so let me share them with you all here

Nothing specifically has been mentioned for the price but it will start from Rs 96 lakhs. They have set the possession date for December 2023 so it is assumed that the prices of the different types of apartments will be revealed soon. The lavish 1 and 2 BHKs are premia sundeck homes that the buyers will surely love. I am planning to visit the project with her soon so shall share another Srishti Oasis Review for sure.

Srishti Oasis lacks basic commutation facilities. You won’t actually get markets, malls, or schools near it. In fact, it is amid a slum area. It is true that the railway stations and airports are near to it but if you lack the necessary infrastructure near it, there is no point in living here. It is expected that the construction of such a huge project will welcome shops or other hubs to get constructed but as of now, there is nothing much to hype about this project. If you are really interested in investing here. I would ask you to wait a few months more and then check it out yourself. As of now on this Srishti Oasis Review, I will rate this project 2/ 5.
