The Sterling Villa Grande Phase 1 is not completed properly, so don’t even think of investing in the Sterling Villa Grande Phase 2. Many villas in Phase 1 are still under construction, and no one knows when they will be completed. Most of the time, they delay their possession date. My friend had invested in Phase 1, but due to some reasons, he cancelled it. He was trying to invest in Phase 2 but witnessed some problems here like-
The price of the villas is way too much compared to others located in this very area
They have filled the nalas and made them garden which can be a cause of concern in the near future
In phase 2 you will see several villas are way too old so before investing, make sure your villa is new and in good condition
The lush green garden they are promising to give is nothing but a patch of green area. Please do not get fooled
