Everything seems fine in
Svadha Kollaar but I am a bit annoyed with the balcony. They are way too small. I think 3 big people won’t be able to stand all together there also. Another thing to dislike in this project is their delay. They were supposed to hand over the project this month but about 25% of the work is still left. I will wait a month and again check it out and if possible shall share another Svadha Kollaar

The exterior walls have texture paint upon them making them look extraordinarily beautiful and classy
For the interior walls they have used high-quality emulsion paint
The bathrooms are adorned with ceramic dado tiles
For the kitchen also they have used ceramic tiles
You will get the exhaust fan in the kitchen but you can opt for chimney anytime
All the toilets have provision for exhaust fans
