You will get mostly ready to move in apartments in Swapna Samrat but a lot are yet under construction. The Quarter 4 possession date was 4 years back in 2019. Swapna Samrat has indeed spent a lot on the apartments. Here are some of the specifications about the apartments of this project-

  • Acrylic paint has been used for the exterior walls

  • For the kitchen and toilets designer dado tiles have been installed

  • Interior walls are painted with acrylic emulsion paint with putty

  • Vitrified tiles have been used for the master bedroom and kitchen

  • You will get granite platform with stainless steel sink in the kitchens

  • Teak wood frame and the shutter is there for the internal doors

So in my Swapna Samrat review, I will rate this project 4/ 5.

My brother isn’t quite happy living here. Let me highlight what sort of problems he faces in this Swapna Samrat review

  • There is always a water problem so do not expect 24*7 water here

  • Spacious apartments but located far from main roads in a remote place

  • Price is very high when compared to other projects nearby

  • Late-night parties, smoking, and loud music has made his life hell. You will enjoy no privacy here
