What is the Today Aamod Reviews Panvel, Mumbai?

Instead of believing any Today Aamod reviews, I checked it out myself and found it pretty impressive. There are some aspects I loved about this project so let me just highlight them here:

• The Today Aamod project area is around 3 acres, comprising 4 buildings 

• This project will sell only 1 BHK and 2 BHK apartments

• The Today Aamod price list starts from Rs 80 lakh onwards

I was interested in having a 1 BHK so I inquired about the price and learned that the Today Aamod 1BHK price will start from Rs 80 lakh onwards but you better tally it again. The project has some pending work but those are believed to wrap up by this year. The Today Aamod Possession date is set for December 2024 so you can visit and book your desired property anytime here. As of now, I will rate this project 4.2/ 5 in this review. 

I had been hearing a lot about this project and since we were also in a hunt for a 2 BHK, we visited this project in February. The best thing is the Today Aamod location. It is constructed in close proximity to the Mumbai-Pune expressway. I observed that the project enjoys great connectivity so you can reach any place from here without any trouble. The

• The upcoming international airport is just 7 minutes away

• The upcoming Navi Mumbai Sez is around 25 minutes from here

• The Panvel Railway Junction can be reached within 10 minutes from here

• The Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust (Jnpt) is 20 minutes away

• The Nhava-Sheva Sea-link can also be accessed within 25 minutes from here

Several renowned colleges, hospitals, malls, multiplexes, hotels and banks are near the project, so you can easily reach them.

I called the project’s sales team to inquire about the Today Aamod 2BHK price but they insisted I visit the project once and mentioned Rs 80 lakh as the starting price. I am yet to pay a visit to the project but I got to learn about some amazing amenities of the project from the team, like:

• This project will have a clubhouse with an azure swimming pool

• World-class gym facilities will be provided here

• It will have a grand celebration hall to celebrate any of your occasions

• There will be a dedicated revitalising Reflexology Pathway

• Dedicated Senior Citizen Corner

• Enthralling Children's Play Area and more
