This project is simply huge. It covers an area of about 7.2 acres. I loved this project. They know exactly what villas mean and have followed all the norms that a villa should abide by. This project has already grabbed a lot of attention due to its amazing architecture and well-planned execution. I will rate this project 4.8/ 5 in this Tripura Landmark III review.

Tripura Landmark III if you want to have one of the best villas in this city. One of my colleagues lives in a 3 BHK villa there, and only last year, I got the chance to visit this project. Here are some of the special features I would like to mention about this project-

  • The villas here are west or east facing only

  • All the villas are 100% Vastu-compliant

  • You will be safe here as 24*7 security services are available here

  • The underground drainage system is so well set-up that you will face no water problems here

  • A walk in the large and spacious garden is what we all want after a hectic day

  • Entirely covered parking area

  • 50% open area to allow a good amount of sunlight and ventilation

You will get all the other common amenities here, but these are some of the most extraordinary amenities I liked in this project. I hope this Tripura Landmark III will be helpful.

I planned to have a villa here, but the price of the villas in The Tripura Landmark III is excessive. You will find other villas in this area at a cheaper rate. I felt Rs 70 lakhs would have been enough for the villas here. 

Do note that the project is well located, but the roads connecting it with the main roads are not well-maintained or repaired on time. I visited this project last year, and the muddy roads were terrible to drive through. The sales team was also quite rude and kept me waiting for about 45 minutes before showing me the demo villa. I did not have a good experience here, hence I have nothing positive to share in this Tripura Landmark III review.
