What is the Trueway Packers and Movers Bangalore Review?

It was one of my worst experiences in life to go with Trueway Packers and Movers.   I was shifting houses from Lucknow to Goa  in June 2024 and I was searching for reliable packers. I found good reviews online. Plus, because the rates were on the higher side and I didn't want to risk my stuff getting damaged, I booked them. Before booking them, everything was good. They claimed that my goods will reach within 10 days of receiving.   After me booking their service and paying them, it was a complete horror show. First of all, they did not transfer the cartons themselves. Rather, they used another third party service for transferring my goods. Secondly, I got my stuff 17 days later and I had to stay in a hotel because I trusted their word that things will come on time.   Thirdly, out of the 27 cartons transported, 5 cartons were heavily damaged. This included damage to invaluable stuff that I had shifted. I had contacted them within 24 hours of receiving the packages and told them about the damage, only for the customer representatives to dodge my calls and not taking any responsibility of the damage that happened under their custody.   When talked about insurance, they said that the insurance covers only in case of extreme situations like burning of vehicle and not for mishandling of goods. When asked to give me a Damage Certificate, a document which is required to claim the insurance, they refused to give me that document.   My total damage came around 50,000 Rs. which included damage to my 6 feet marble temple, to my brand new suitcases, to glass kitchenware to shoe rack to lamps. In the end, they said that they can give me 3000 Rs. for the damage caused., as if giving me some charity instead of searching online the price of goods to get a good estimate of the damage caused.   Horrible service by Sunny, Pawan Sharma and Amaan.

I am writing this Trueway Packers and Movers Bangalore review to express my concern over the subpar quality of work done by the company. I was shifting from my rental place. They did not use good quality material for packing my items. I paid a decent amount of money and it was not worth it at all.

 

Hello. I want to share my experience of trying the Trueway Packers and Movers. I did try their service while shifting from Bangalore to Chennai. I thought of them as reliable packers and movers but we were disappointed with their service. They were late to pick up my items and even did average packaging of my items. I did not like their service at all. Don’t go for them.
