It will have 2 buildings with a total number of 82 units comprising of only 2 or 3 BHKs
It is a vast project spread across nearly 1.7 acres of land so be sure you will enjoy enough greenery and sunlight
The aroma garden is the most hyped amenity of this project and I am sure it will be great
The Unity by Lotus address has great connectivity overall. It is near St. Anthony's High School, Yagna Nagar, Andheri West well-connected by roads and highways. As for the Unity by Lotus construction status, let me tell you that it is complete and apartments are getting sold quickly.

The Unity by Lotus possession date had been set for last month, i.e. May 2024 and within a short time, several properties had already been sold out. I live just 3 km from this project and I have never heard of any such negative reviews about it other than the pricing. You can definitely check it out if you are interested in it.
