What is the Vajram Newtown Review Chokkanahalli Bangalore?

Hello. I’d like to share my Vajram Newtown review based on my recent experience of checking out a 2 BHK flat on resale. My father and I were looking for a property in North Bangalore and came across a property in this society. To put it simply, we did like the flat a lot and have been considering buying it. 

In the Vajram Newtown unit configuration, you get 2 and 3 BHK flats across 3 acres of land. There are 18 floors in the building and the society is quite new, so the flat condition isn’t a problem.

To talk about the Vajram Newtown price, we were quoted a price of Rs. 1.35 crore. This is a bit more than our budget and the only thing that is holding us back from purchasing the flat. Although everything seems good and compared to other flats, we like this the most, we are still considering whether we can extend our budget that much. But, we’d recommend you visit the property once and then make up your mind.

We were quite impressed with the Vajram Newtown unit size and it was one of the reasons behind buying a flat here. We were in touch with a seller regarding the 3 BHK flat in Vajram Newtown. The built up area is 1750 sq. ft, which is pretty spacious for an apartment. Along with this, what caught our eye were the amenities here. There is a skating rink, a barbeque area, a gym and aerobics, a cricket net, a rooftop infinity pool and lots more. 

We also wanted to be sure that the property has RERA approval. So, we checked the Vajram Newtown RERA number, which is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/190913/002885. We were also happy with the interior work done in the flats. There’s a premium emulsion paint finish, anti-skid ceramic tiles in the balcony and utility regions and branded double-charged vitrified tiles in the bedrooms, dining and living room. The society hasn’t even completed a year, so that’s another plus as theVajram Newtown possession date was December 2023. You can consider it for sure.

A friend told me about this project and suggested me to check out the online Vajram Newtown reviews before visiting it. I visited the project and enquired with the sales team about the Vajram newtown Chokkanahalli unit configuration. The executive told me that they only have 2 and 3 BHK and only a few are left. 

I checked some of the available units and asked the executive about the Vajram newtown Chokkanahalli RERA number. He told me that the RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/190913/002885. Overall, I liked this project, and a few days after this, I booked a unit here. 

My cousin bought a 2 BHK apartment in Vajram Newtown last year, and recently, he told me that there was a ready-to-move-in apartment in his building. He told me that because I was looking to purchase a 3 BHK apartment. I asked him about the Vajram Newtown Chokkanahalli 2 BHK and 3 BHK price. 

He said that the starting price was around Rs. 1.25 Cr. onwards. I decided to visit the property and asked him to share the Vajram newtown Chokkanahalli address which was Survey No. 63/1, Shri Vijayaraja Estate, Jakkur Post, Thanisandra Main Rd, Bengaluru, 560064. After checking out the apartment, I decided not to book the apartment as I didn’t like the placement. 

To be honest Vajram Newtown is a good project to invest in but yes the Sales team never answers our queries properly. The worst part is they will tell you different prices everytime you ask them so I personally failed to rely on them. Last month they said you can get 3 BHK here but recently they said none is available. The price of the 2 BHK they are telling us is actually the price of the 3 BHK mentioned to us before so we canceled our plan to have an apartment here. 

So I won’t recommend you all to invest here. In my Vajram Newtown review, I will rate them 2/ 5.

• Lulu shopping mart 1.5km away

• Elements mall within 4km

• Regal hospital only 0.5km away

• Aditi Mallya within 9 km and more

So yes it's worth opting for. For Vajram Newtown Review, let me tell you that I will rate it 4.7/ 5.

I visited the Vajram Newtown last month and trust me it's good. They have 2 and 3 BHK apartments but we were told that almost all 3 BHKs have been sold so we can apply for 2 BHK only now. They have set their launching date for March 2023 but if you visit the area you will see a lot of work has already been done. So there should be no delay.

As for the Vajram Newtown review, let me tell you that the project is stretched over 3 acres of land and has a total number of 272 units. I quite loved the project and even might get a 2 BHK soon for me and my husband.
