According to Indian law stamp paper does not expire . Once you have purchased a stamp paper from a vendor you can keep it with yourself for months and years even for decades. You are at the complete Liberty to use that stamp paper at your convenient time. As per section 54 of Indian Stamp act if you are not using that stamp paper you can return the stamp paper and get refund. For getting this refund there is a time limit.
