Vasavi Nandanam is the latest project under construction by the Vasavi Group, a very renowned real estate developer
in India. In fact, this project is financed by Aditya Birla Housing Finance limited so it is ought to provide luxurious apartments. Some of the specifications of this project are
The 2 BHK apartments are 1235 sq ft and the 3 BHK apartments range from 1560 sq ft to 2010 sq ft
It has 5 towers and 420 apartments in total
All the apartments are either east or west facing
Each tower has 10 floors

There are a few things I did not like about Vasavi Nandanam and those are their cost and floor height. I personally felt that though their location is great, their price is way too much. I also felt that the apartments’ height is a bit low. Your rooms must have a high ceiling but it's not like that here. I wonder whether it's even 9 foot or not.
Its connectivity is also great but there is a lot of air pollution as well so be prepared. You will often see smoke coming out from the nearby factories. They are not hazardous but I did not like it when I visited this project in June. They have set their possession date for 2025 I guess so there is a lot of time to improve and I hope they will. You can visit the project and decide for yourself the rest.

Vasavi Nandanam is providing common amenities like other projects like
Power backup
Shopping center
Sewage treatment plant
Lift
Common garden and all
But their best amenity is their clubhouse which is G+3 and covers an area of 20,000 sq ft. Isn’t it great? Its RERA ID is P02500003642 so it is absolutely following all building norms as well. I asked about the starting price and it is from Rs 75 lakhs onwards. I am really excited and looking forward to visit this project after a few months again and would love to give another
