Two years ago, we had to shift within Jaipur and as I found the Viraj

Packers and Movers as the

cheapest packers and movers in Jaipur, I decided to take their service. I gave them

a call. They confirmed the booking and scheduled the shift for May 29, 2022. But on May 28, 2022, at 7:00 p.m., their manager contacted me to say he was unable to send people for the shift tomorrow. He can send his staff members only after 2 weeks. 

They should have told sooner if they were incapable; this is unfair and bad. Due to this last-minute cancellation, we suffered greatly. I will rate them a big 0 under my Viraj

Utter flop and worst service Viraj Packers and Movers Jaipur provides to their customers.... They don't deserve even 1 star..

Although their staff members are humble, their manager is the primary issue. Despite my agreement to pay more, he left us midway through the moving procedure, which is utterly unprofessional. He hasn't even bothered to respond or let me know the status of my possessions while they're being transported. Please don't utilise their service as the provider is extremely unreliable and has caused immense trouble by running away from his work.

I had a terrible experience with Viraj Packers and Movers Jaipur. Firstly, they took 5 days to shift my belongings from Adarsh Nagar to Sikar Road in Jaipur. They then unloaded the cartons into my new home, departed in the middle of the day, and were supposed to return after lunch to finish unpacking. When we contacted them after they failed to appear on that entire day, they told us that their manager had instructed them not to go back. It took a week for me to unpack the cartons and also called a carpenter to fix my bed.

Posting my Viraj Packers and Movers Jaipur review here. Their manager had promised to send their staff at 7 a.m., but he sent them later. They sent someone to our address by 3 p.m. We were forced to keep the loaded truck overnight as they couldn't shift that day. Their manager then demanded that we pay more for the extra day, which was a full day. It was about a 30% increase, which we agreed to give because of our urgent need. Never choose them.
