What is your review of SBR MINARA at Seegehalli on Whitefield main road?

Before visiting this project, I had read several SBR Minara reviews and must say they were true. This project is simply outstanding, especially for the SBR Minara address. It is located close to the Udupi Cafe, Whitefield-Hoskote Road, Seegehalli, Krishnarajapura, and enjoys great connectivity to Bagmane Tech Park. 

Some other specifications of this project are:

  • It has just two towers with a total number of 743 units.

  • The SBR Minara configuration for 2, 2.5, and 3 BHK units ranges between 596 sq ft and 2,656 sq ft.

  • The SBR Minara price is a bit high. Properties here start from Rs 2 crore (approx.) onwards.

It is a lavish project, so if it fits your budget, consider having your home here.

Always make sure that the project you are planning to invest in abides by all the construction laws and has RERA approval. Since the SBR Minara RERA number has been assigned, you do not need to worry about their legalities. It has acquired the sanction of the government. I urge anybody investing with SBR Minara to be very careful. Once you reserve the flat here like me, they will disappear on you. They don't reply to my calls or emails and their project is significantly behind the schedule. I have done my own research and read many other SBR Minara reviews, I came to realise that a couple of SBR’s initiatives have been put off for a very long time. The SBR representative team from Minara is the worst of all. Before you book, they seem to speak so well, but after you start making loan payments, they start to show their true colours.

Do not waste your money here.

SBR Minara is in an excellent position for future development and I also think that it may be a worthwhile investment. I really appreciate the sales team of SBR Minara. They gave me all the details about the project plan and were very helpful with any questions that I had. I would also like to mention in my SBR Minara review that the construction quality of this project is also of the highest calibre as they have used aluminium formwork for construction. It is the first-tallest tower in Whitefield overall and a flagship SBR project with 61% open space and top-notch facilities. I am looking forward to its completion.

Even though I had no intention of making a reservation when I visited SBR Minara, the property truly impressed me with its excellent location, reasonable price, and excellent construction quality. Also, I felt that the representatives were quite professional. I would advise anyone seeking in this region to visit and look at the project, which offers luxurious apartments at reasonable prices. The SBR company, known for its high-quality building work, has made a strong commitment to completing the project on time or earlier. You can surely invest here.

One of my friends booked a unit at SBR Minara last week.  He said the project is extremely well-situated, and the design is excellent. He has taken it as an investment as the infrastructure growth plan is excellent. Aluminium formwork, unique project specifications, and premium construction quality are all the reasons he booked a flat here. He also said that it is a leading tower in and around Whitefield which includes 61% open space and top-notch facilities.

But I have also heard from some people that the cost is high, and the buyer is forced to pay numerous extra fees. So I think it is not worthwhile to invest in or use a 2 bedroom for 85 lacks. You can take a look by yourself and do your research before investing here.
