Hey Buddy

You need not panic at all if you have land in A khata but an apartment in B khata. You can keep your apartment as it is and can even sell it but there is only one problem. A property in B khata cannot undergo construction and that is why I would suggest you to get it transferred to A khata. You can do it easily by following the process mentioned in the answer below.
