DDA Housing Scheme 2021 Online Application

Delhi Development Authority or DDA Housing Scheme 2021 was launched on January 2 and the last date to fill in the applications in February 16. So today is basically the last day to apply for DDA 2021 housing scheme. You still have few hours to give your luck a chance and apply for the scheme. This year DDA has put 1354 flats on offer and the expected date of the draw of DDA housing scheme is March 5. The draw of lots will be webcasted for the applicants and applicants whose name won't be drawn will get a refund of the entire application fees. Eligibility Criteria For DDA 2021 Housing Scheme:

1. The applicant must be a citizen of India and over 18 years of age. 2. The applicant must have a bank account and a PAN card. 3. The applicant must not own a residential plot of area of 67 sq.m in Delhi, New Delhi & Delhi Cantonment areas. Same condition would be applicable to the spouse and dependents(including unmarried children) of the applicant. 4. If the applicant is applying for the EWS category of flats then his annual income should not exceed Rs. 3 lakhs and total household income should be less than Rs. 10 lakhs. The income criteria is not applicable to applicants applying for homes in other categories 5. The spouse of the applicant can also apply for the scheme separately. If  both the applicant and the spouse win the draw, then only one flat will be allotted to them.
