I have heard both good and bad

Ajnara Homes

reviews from a few friends of mine living in that area so let me list a few of them here.

Pros:

  • Well-connected to the NH-24 Noida-Greater Noida, making transportation quite easy

  • Affordable apartments starting from Rs 56 lakhs onwards

  • Dedicated covered parking is available for dwellers, along with amenities like a gym, clubhouse, gardens, and others

Cons:

  • Not all towers have yet been completed, though they were promised to be handed over years ago.

  • Possession letters have not been handed over to many dwellers

  • Poor maintenance

  • Tenants enjoy limited rights
