1.After performing the Bhoomi Puja, make sure to get a water tank in the North or North East direction as it is said that water is a symbol of money and prosperity.
2.Start the foundation of your house from the North East, and then gradually proceed to the South West.
3.The main door should always be on the North, North East or East side of the plot.
4.It is advisable that the kitchen be in the South East or North West direction but never in the northeast as South East represents Fire.
5.It is preferable to build a balcony or have open space facing North, East and North East.
6.Washrooms should always be in the Southwest direction as this will help in saving money.
