Apart from that you can also post properties through social media platforms like Facebook. But are these the only platforms for advertising rental properties? No, there are several others. Besides NoBroker, there are quite a few other platforms where you can advertise your rental property. I have used these platforms and have provided their names below. 

MagicBricks

MagicBricks is quite a big name in the real estate market. You can advertise your rental property for free on their website. I had posted my property on their website but I received very few calls from there. 

Housing

Similar to Magicbricks and NoBroker, you can advertise your rental property on their platform for free as well.  I tried to advertise my property on their website but some due to some technical glitch I wasn’t able to. I tried several times but the same issue was there throughout.

For that, I just have to open my NoBroker app/website and tap on the ‘Post Your Free Ad’ button. After that, I just fill in some property-related info, such as the carpet area, total floors, building type, etc., add some pictures, and submit it for approval. Their team usually approves the ad within some hours. I even bought one of their owner plans, which offers Facebook marketing and property promotion.
