Where to Complain for High Electricity Bill?

There are three major ways you can register for a complaint regarding your electricity issues. 

TSSPDCL Customer Care

You can call their customer service at 1912 or the toll free number 1800-599-01912. These numbers are open around the clock and can help you immediately. 

Online Complaint Registration

You can also visit the official website of TSSPDCL where you will find a tab ‘complaint’. I often prefer this medium to register my complaint. You just need to fill in the required details, such as customer number, contact information, and the nature of the problem. 

Visit the nearest TSSPDCL branch

If you cannot get the required help through the online medium, you can visit the office and register your complaint in person. I once visited their office and their staff was very helpful. Make sure you carry some identification documents and consumer details for verification.
