You can register a complaint with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) of the state where the property is located. You can visit the RERA website of your state and file a complaint online. You will need to provide details such as your name, contact details, details of the project, details of the developer, etc. You will also need to provide supporting documents such as the agreement for sale, payment receipts, etc.
