I had opted for the Bharat Relocators, a renowned bike packers and movers Kolkata and had a decent experience with them. They arrived on time as promised and loaded my bike on time. However, they did not bring enough bubble wrap to pack the bike properly, for which I was a bit offended. After all, they enquired about the weight, size, and model of the bike; still, how could they not bring enough materials? This was very unprofessional.
My bike was, however, transported safely, so I will rate their service 3/ 5. I hope they will work on their faults and be better in the future.

My relationship manager was really good and answered my calls and cleared doubts whenever I wanted.
They even provided me with a nominal quote.
One problem I faced was that they did not arrive on time. They were supposed to load my bike by 9 am, but due to some unforeseen circumstances, they loaded the vehicle at 12 pm, which did delay the overall transit, but at least they delivered it on the same day as promised, so it's okay. You can consider them for safely delivering your vehicle.

Since most of my friends suggested Assure Shift as one of the renowned bike courier services in Kolkata, I availed of their service and am happy with their service but not the cost. I booked them to transport my Bajaj Pulsar 125 from Kolkata to Delhi, and they did transport it safely. Whenever I called them to know the location of the bike, they gave me a proper answer and clarified all my doubts. However, they charged me Rs 2,200 extra for unloading, which they neither mentioned while booking nor during the calls. I really did not like this. At least be transparent with your pricing. Their service was okay, so I will rate them 6/ 10.
