Middle Floors:

Higher Floors: 

If you want scenic views and minimal noise, higher floors are best. The air is often cleaner, and you’ll get more natural light. However, these floors may feel warmer in summer so your electricity bill will be high. Also, if the lift fails, you might struggle to climb stairs.

To me as well, the best floor in high rise building is the ground floor. However if you want more privacy, a good scenic view, proper ventilation and more, opt for the higher-floor apartments.
