1) Palais Royale

This structure in Lower Parel is expected to open its gates this year as India's tallest building with an expected height of 320 metres and 88 stories. This structure, which rises above Mumbai's skyline, has a theatre, spa, cricket pitch, football pitch, and swimming pools.

2) Omkar 1973

These two skyscrapers rise to heights of 267m and 266m, respectively. They have 75 and 70 floors and are scheduled to be done this year. These structures, which will be located in Mumbai's Worli neighbourhood, will offer breathtaking views of the city landscape and the Arabian Sea.

3) Ahuja Towers

4) One Avighna Park

5) Imperial Towers

These twin towers, which stand 254 metres tall and have 60 floors, were finished in 2010. These are now the tallest finished structures in Mumbai. These towers speak out from the others and you can see them from anywhere in southern Mumbai.

6) L&T Crescent Bay

In Mumbai's Parel neighbourhood, these tall L&T Towers stand above the rest. The six towers are constructed in ascending order of height, with each one rising higher than the one before it. World One is the tallest building not just in Mumbai but in the whole country. Measuring 280.2 m high (919 feet), this skyscraper is built on the site where the Shrinivas Milla was present earlier. The site is now known as World Towers, and it is spread across an area of 17.50 acres. This site has 2 other towers –World Crest and World View. Developed by the popular real estate developer Lodha Group, this building has 78 floors with 2 floors below the ground and 76 floors above the ground.

The construction of this building began in 2011 and was planned to be 1450 feet tall initially. However, as Lodha Group couldn’t get approval from the Airports Authority of India, this project was kind of stalled for many years. After that, this building was redesigned and was constructed at its current height.
