Choosing plants for home is a crucial task. We shouldn't just keep their appearance or functions in mind while choosing them, but also understand which plants are not good for home based on their adverse effects and Vaastu demerits. 

 

There is a range of plants which should be avoided to be kept at home at all costs. Some of them are;

  2. Cotton Plants

    : They look snowy and beautiful but are believed to bring bad luck as per Vaastu.

  3. Mehendi & Tamarind

    : These plants are very useful but are said to be evil spirit dwellers as per Vaastu.

  4. Bonsai Plant

    : When we think of

  9. English Ivy

    : It is a vine and looks really beautiful when grown on a trellis but unfortunately is very toxic. It may cause severe skin irritation and if it is eaten by any chance it proves to be really toxic and harmful.

  10. Dead Plants

    : Apart from all other varieties of plants, dead plants of any type must always be avoided at home. Dead plants invite insects, germs, and harmful bacteria which can cause diseases in the house. Apart from this, dying plants are also believed to be a bad sign as per Vaastu and Feng Shui.
