Q.

Which "Proposed Date of Completion" should we follow? My under construction property is RERA registered and when I look into the RERA document I see two "Proposed Date of Completion". I know that if builder had defaulted the "Proposed Date of Completion" date he is liable to pay some amout to the flat owner. I'm confused because my property RERA document have two completion date. One is under "Project" section of the document and other is under "Building Details" section of the document. Both completion date have 1 year of Gap in them. Please let me know for which date builder is liable to give owner the flat?

The builder would definitely have extended the completion date for one year. The latest date will be considered.
