It is great that you want to move into a new house on an auspicious date, but I am sorry to inform you that there is no good date available in the entire month of July. I wanted to move into our new house on June 20, and that is when I learned that after June 13, the next auspicious date comes on November 17.
You can wait until November or simply move into your new house and do a Vastu puja. Ask a pandit ji to help you out.
