Can a Power of Attorney Holder Attend AGM?
No, a person in possession of the power of attorney cannot attend the AGM of a housing society. Nor a proxy person is allowed to attend the meeting.
Can a Nominee Attend AGM?
No, a nominee is also not allowed to attend the AGM. The nominee cannot propose any resolution or vote for any resolution in the AGM of the society.
