Hi, I am from Rajasthan and a few weeks back, I received a call from my cousin who recently invested in a property in Gurgaon. Out of curiosity, I asked him why invest in Gurgaon real estate. He said that investing in real estate in Gurgaon has actually proven to be a good decision for many of his peers. Due to the rapid infrastructural growth and increased interest in commercial real estate, Gurgaon property prices are only expected to appreciate further making it a hotspot for investment. 

We talked at length about this, let me share what more he had to say on this.

What are the Reasons to Invest in Real Estate in Gurgaon?

Here are the reasons that he had told me about investing in Gurgaon. 

• Since he has been in the real estate industry for almost a decade, he said Gurgaon is a versatile location. This is because of its fast paced urbanisation and well planned roadway network. 

• According to him, Gurgaon is becoming the largest financial and technological hub in India. That is because it is home to a lot of multinational & IT companies and financial institutions. 

• The price of properties in Gurgaon has seen a steep rise over the last few years. This way it provides the best return on investment. The Government has also launched quite a few development schemes in Gurgaon. 

• Gurgaon is also a strategic location and is well connected to major highways such as the Delhi-Gurgaon expressway. It is also connected to the upcoming Dwarka expressway project. 

• Apart from that, the city also has some of the most premium quality healthcare facilities and educational infrastructure. 

These are some of the reasons stated by my cousin and after learning about all these, I am planning to invest in Gurgaon. Hope this helps. 

Since 2018 a lot of my friends and relatives have been shifting to Gurgaon after getting a job there. My friend said that one can invest in Gurgaon as 

• It is an IT hub thereby welcoming engineers and professionals from different parts of our country

• It just needs some good houses and amenities since getting tenants is actually not a problem

• Gurgaon also has India’s largest medical tourism industry so investing in real estate here is going to give good returns

She also mentioned that there are some best places where people want to stay so investing in such regions is sure to bring good returns. I remember some of the places she mentioned and those are:

• Sushant Lok 1: famous for its quick connectivity with the rest of the city

• South City 2: a rapidly developing area where nowadays several apartments and buildings are getting constructed

• Nirvana Country: you will get villas, schools, offices, retail spaces, schools and what not

Let me highlight that Sushant Lok is getting a lot of attraction nowadays. It is one of the poshest areas of Gurgaon and has the Huda City Centre Metro Station near it. The market located near it- the Galleria Market is very famous so investing here is sure to bring you good returns. The A and B block of Sushant Lok 1 is also preferred by a lot of people so try to invest here as much as you can.
