Hello there, I saw that my AC wasn’t dripping water a while ago. So, I called up a technician and asked why is my split AC not dripping water outside. The technician told me that my AC was having this problem due to dry air. I’ll tell you all about this in detail below.

Why is Split AC Water Not Coming Out?

You may see that the problem of the AC not dripping water is not a big one. However, this can lead to bigger issues like malfunctioning and affect the performance of the AC later on.

So, you must identify the reason behind this problem.

When the air produced by your AC is dry, the condensation produced becomes less. This leads to no water out of the drainpipe. Water cannot be drained through any exits if the pipes are shorter than they should be.

How to Fix Water is Not Coming Out from Split AC?

There is a possibility of installing pipes in many ACs to drain out excess water. If your AC has a small water outlet on the back side, this is possible. You’ll be able to drain the water from the cooler by placing a large tube in the water outlet well. Make sure that the tube you use is long enough to do the job.

This is all I have to share with you. I hope you find this information helpful.
