One of the first things I asked the XS Real Catalunya City representative was the legal status of the project. He kindly informed me that the place has been granted RERA approval. The flat layout has been constructed according to the by-laws. Thankfully, The project has no legal hiccups. XS Catalunya City has a good location as well. It is situated near schools, grocery stores, hospitals, etc. I plan to visit the site in the next two weeks.

The design of XS Real Catalunya City is good, I think it's different from other societies. The place has amenities like a swimming pool, car parking, a kid's play area, a gym, and security. All of which are very important for a comfortable life. I think XS Catalunya City makes for a good investment for the future. The price of real estate is slowly climbing. The place is well maintained and the view from the flats is beautiful. Each flat has a big balcony and is Vastu compliant.

Hey pal,

Since I was on the market to buy a place. I enquired about the flat pricing. The officials told me that 2 BHK in XS Catalunya city starts from ₹ 33.1 Lac and has a carpet area of 602 Sq-ft. Whereas, 3 BHK is priced at ₹ 54 Lac and sized at 999 Sq-ft. Currently, the construction of XS Real Catalunya City has not been completed. The towers that are complete, have not received an occupancy certificate. I did some research on market pricing and found that the place is well priced at ₹3199 - 4555 (Price per Sqft).
